Alternate row colors in the message table view, a different background color and Thunderbird logo as the initial content of the message pane, some padding tweaks.

- tweaked some colors
- added Account Central page customization
- changed sidebar calendar headers background
- changed calendar selected item background

- removed unnecessary code to fix working on dark system theme
