It installed, and seems to work in version 60.7.2 (64-bit) for Linux, but can't get "current_date" to work. I'd give 5 stars if I can get it to work. I have the advanced box checked. How do you get it to parse the date to the subject line?

Hi. Date is easy to insert, just write the following subject : %M%D%Y. If it does not work it should be something else. So please contact me at subjmanager@gmail.com.
Besides that, telling you'll give 5 stars when you can get it to work is off topic. Does ferrari build bad cars because you're not a race driver? Regards,
