I've reviewed and have requirements
- remember and restore note window position
- remove note window not belonging to currently selected mail

I've run your qnote-0.2-tb.xpi through https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/f1c5560a7107ff9eb47f7c04b670297d9918aeb01f4aa36280e37824840ee584/detection , it's clean. I also recognized that you did not attempt the _locales yet, otherwise it looks fine.

I'm using it as a (very good) replacement for Message Notes Plus, the notes addon I was using before it was rendered obsolete by TB68++.
I've written a converter from Message Notes Plus to XNote++ to keep my MNP notes, see https://github.com/alehro/message-notes-plus/issues/3
