How can this dictionary (R1.19) not be compatible wtih Thunderbird 24.0 ??

How did T 24.0 get released without having a British dictionary available for it? This is pants.

The dictionary is compatible with Thunderbird 24.0 (I'm using it now). Please make sure your firewall isn't blocking access to Thunderbird.
