Update: I tried to find a 'donate' button on the plugin's homepage but found a paid license instead. €10/yr for 10+ emails per day is good value IMO but still wish there were a 'pay as you feel' element. Thanks developers in any case, this is a great plugin that just works.

Very pleased with this, finally I can use Thunderbird with my university's MS owned email service again. Thank you developers, I will make a donation now!
