Even with version 1.4 the problem is the same: the toolbar cannot be modified since, after a Firefox restart, it reverst back to the layout it had before this addon was installed.
Tried with TWO new profiles and the problem remains (and another review seems to confirm the problem).

Ta opinia jest o wcześniejszej wersji dodatku (1.4.1-signed).  Ten użytkownik wystawił dla tego dodatku także inną opinię.
