Addresscontext .0.8.1 works fine for me with TB 5.0 on Windows 7. You have to bump the rdf file of course, but the real trick is to install the extension MoreFunctionsForAddressBook .0.6.4.1. That seems to heal Addresscontext.
I couldn't live without this extension and discovered this synergy by accident.

Love it! I use this all the time, and am grieving the loss of one of my favorite extensions when I installed TB 3.0. An upgrade to TB 3.0 would be really great!
