The jpg-attacher is my perfect tool for sending images via email. It includes automatic resizing and easy image editing (auto-naming, sorting, resizing, contrast- & brightening, rotating).

Key Features:
• Fast Import: Easily add images via copy & paste (Ctrl+V), drag & drop, or the file selection dialog.
• Auto-Conversion: PNG, BMP, PNG, GIF, ICO, WEBP, AVIF files are automatically converted into space-saving JPG.
• Transparency Detection: Automatically detects alpha channels in PNG, GIF and ICO. Pick a custom background color for transparent areas using the built-in color picker!
• Smart Resizing: Set a maximum width/height and define the JPG quality. Oversized images are automatically downscaled.
• Visual Gallery: Rearrange or sort your images using. Rotate images by 90° with a single click or delete them easily.
• Auto-Numbering: Enter a base name (e.g., "Image"), and the add-on neatly numbers all attachments (Image-01.jpg, Image-02.jpg). You can also choose to keep the original filenames.
