I'm still going to give this extension a 5 because of it's functions and the great way it's maintained. However, when I went to update it to the latest version after updating Thunderbird to ver. 152.0, I got this warning from TB:

My guess is that this isn't a concern unless you back up your email while online. If you're offline, then no problem. And Christopher, I know that you're on the level too.

I've been using this extension for a long time and it works great for backing up my emails so that I can then delete the originals in Thunderbird. Christopher is alway quick to update the extension whenever there's a compatibility issue after a TB update. I really appreciate his work on this great tool. In fact, I think the TB developers should consider making it a part of the program.

version 14.1.14 was already released supporting Thunderbird v140-v144. ATN is not showing the latest version though you should have gotten the auto update.
You can download from ATN here:

In the future please post an issue versus a negative review.
Thanks

Great extension. Only one problem I ran into was when I tried to export my archives folder using the "Export folder with subfolders (with structure)" option. What resulted was correctly structured, but the bulk of the subfolders didn't have the .sbd extension. In fact, they didn't have any extension at all, so I was unable to use them to put anything in.

Thanks for the nice review!
The sbd is the container folder for subfolders. All the files without an extension are mbox files with the actual messages.
I would certainly like to help if there is any confusion or problems.
Can you post an issue in the github help repository?
