Looks like external links are not allowed here. That's why my post referred to mozilla tech board saying that they could not contact author for about a year was removed as yours.
It would be great if you can maintain this add-on, perhaps in a new thread.

Ta opinia jest o wcześniejszej wersji dodatku (1.0).  Ten użytkownik wystawił inne opinie o tym dodatku.
