Wasn't working on thunderbird 12 a while ago. I updated thunderbird today to 16.0.2 and it doesn't work.

I entered my login/password and url correctly. When I right click > create jira issue, nothing happen. Same thing for menu item "add a jira comment"

Deze beoordeling betreft een eerdere versie van de add-on (0.12.14).  Deze gebruiker heeft andere beoordelingen van deze add-on.

Could you please include the output of the JavaScript Console (Ctrl-Shift-J) of the time when you try it?

Could be you are having the same problem as reported by another user regarding an incompatible plugin.
