After installing latest version 91.0.3
When trying to assign a photo to a contact, TB hangs.
Problem solved by resizing the image file.

Deze beoordeling betreft een eerdere versie van de add-on (71.3).

I can't reproduce... may you send me printscreens on how you proceed to cardbook (at) cardbok.icu

PS : I still can't reproduce, have you got any issues in the Thunderbird console (CTRL+SHIFT+J) when you double click ?
