This is EXCELLENT! Sometimes I'm on my "smart-ass random website user email/ID (like the one I'm using to write this!). Then, a business associate get's an email from this Frosty Jackson guy. How embarrassing!!

This works perfectly for me, and also enhances the use of the "Identity Chooser" add-on.
I would like to see TB's Compose window's "To" field hi-lite color match the color of the identity, but that is likely a TB thing only. Good add-on!

Not a bug! It's not the fault of the add on; it's my own thickheadedness. I can't figure out how to save the colors I choose when I select them in the extensions tab. Sorry for posting in the reviews, but I'm not seeing any way to reach the developer either. My copy of Thunderbird is up to date. I'm on a Mac (also up to date). Any useful suggestions will be appreciated! Thanks
Deze beoordeling betreft een eerdere versie van de add-on (2023.8.1).Hello Pete! Someone else brought up this issue a while ago, and a solution was to close the color picker after choosing each color. Another person had to create a new TB profile, so the cause is not clear.

Simple but effective. It's too easy to send mails from the wrong account, and this extension solves the problem. It also appears to be the only extension of its kind that works with Thunderbird 115.

Nice add-on, it really helps to avoid confusions when sending emails from a Thunderbird configured with multiple mail accounts.

Brilliant! I use different email addresses for different contact groups, and if I'm writing to or replying to someone, I can see at a glance that it's going from the right account. I wish all the add-ons were this good.

It's OK. Helpful if you are sending messages but not really what I was looking for. A way to tell which account I'm in when reading messges.

The plugin parameters are not saved when thunderbird (T91.9.1) is closed, may be because i use a main password to protect my accounts passwords.

Works exactly as advertized, there is a colored bar that matches each different address. To adust the colors work in the settings for the exstention. Sending from the wrong address for my has droped down a lot since getting this exstention.
