Waardering 3 van 5 sterren

I downloaded this - it comes as a .jar - I click on it, tells me it can't open it however I can open it with a .zip program yet still not seeing how I can "install" it into my Thunderbird. I read the 'readme' file and whatever else I could find - not much help. What am I missing?
