Read Aloud: A Text to Speech Voice Reader

The add-on reads emails out loud. It's very helpful for my mom, who has vision loss. She also uses Windows Narrator, but the latter is unable to read certain emails with complex formatting, which Read Aloud can handle. (Read Aloud seems to read the plain text version of a message, while Narrator tries to read its HTML version.)
The developer has responded to bug reports and feature requests with a new version within 24 hours.

Very nice and legible, without background images or distracting colors, so you can focus on the page content, not browser controls.
