Favorite Folders does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data except for license verification.

All user configuration data (favorite folders, ordering, icons, colors, and panel settings) is stored locally using Thunderbird storage and never leaves the user’s device.

If the user activates the Pro version, the license key is sent securely to our server for validation. This request contains only the license key and no email content, message content, or personal mailbox data.

The extension does not track user activity, does not use analytics, and does not include third-party tracking scripts.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to payment details.
