the product itself seems great. as everyone else is saying. i am just a bit worried about the log files.. and when i try to go to the threadvis website I get this: "Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete." why do i get send into an endless loop when trying to acess the support website?

The server configuration changed while I was on holiday, which broke the redirect script. It's working again.
