Good initiave. But if only reports URL's, and not e-mails, what's the advantage of using it? It would be nice if it had a score-based DB containing domains reported in the last 15 days, for example. It collects senders and headers to report them to... someone, but does nothing to prevent other users from opening SPAM. So...
