Ribbon still does not appear in version 1.9.9.5. Tried everything suggested by author and then some but nothing worked. Had to go back to version 1.9.9.4.3 to get it to appear again.

I will give this add-on a 5 start rating as soon as the ribbon appears again.

Can you try it again and then go to the Firefox tool menu and select Web Developer -> Error Console and see if it reports anything useful there?
