"Replace URL of the link" is poorly implemented because it hides the menu.

When modifying page links, the following needs to be available to the user:

1) It needs to be obvious that the link has been modified by the extension. Show a menu, change the icon, etc. Show something so I know the link has been modified when I mouseover it.

2) Give me the option to use the original link.

Hi, Thank you for the suggestion. I added to version 2.1 a behavior option and "Highlight active link on the page" option work to replaced URL too. Since the version 2.0 the original link url is the first one in the menu popup with the info "Original".
