This is exactly what firefox is missing to compete with Chrome. It would be awesome if you could make it more like chrome where you could have a toolbar button or a picture to select to change profiles :)

The toolbar button is already available: follow these instructions https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/customize-firefox-controls-buttons-and-toolbars#w_how-do-i-customize-or-rearrange-toolbar-items and drag the "Profiles" button on your toolbar
