When you manually close the authentication window, does login fail or work? Could you please send us more information, to our customer support email address? Please include the email address that you try to use with Owl, what your the browser address for your company's OWA webmail. In your email, please refer to this review and tell support that I asked you to contact them.

UPDATE: We have a fix that works for most users. While the update in the Thunderbird review, you can install it from https://www.beonex.com/owl/owl-test.xpi
