Am I doing something wrong or does add-on adds no functionality to download manager window? Looking for successor of Opendownload I need to be able to choose associated apps that will open already DL file from DL manager. Would it be possible to add this feature also. would be great.

It adds a radio button or a button in any case. If it doesn't for you, check your error console. :)
