Same problem as germanben, the option to create a new local folder do not appear in the "add new " button !

Thanks for not doing a bad review for a question.
I had to change because of the new Thunderbird account settings tab ui. They no longer have a combined action button, but a New account button and separate (and not usable delete button) I now have a main toolbar button that has both the add and remove menu options.
