A context menu item to open the links associated with feed items in the default browser and then mark them as read.

Adds a context menu item to all folders of the feeds account. Open unread opens the links associated with all unread feed items in the selected folder and all of its sub folders and marks them as read. Open selected applies the same operation to the selected feed items independently of whether they are unread or not.
