I use this great tool for years ..
My only problem is my slow internet connection, sometimes under 3, 4,5 or 10 KB/s
Sometimes it is necessary to interrupt the download to work with other programs / sites because the minimum preselected download speed limiter is 10 KB/s

So I would like selectors for 1, 2, 5 KB/s or the ability to enter my own values.
Or have I just overlooked this possibility?

I write it here, as well as other possibly have this problem.
