I can't see how to report a bug to this developer or ask a question.

When I remove the addon the icons are still the old icons installed by this addon. How do I return to the new icons?

A restart of Thunderbird should fix this. Normally though, disabling or removing the add-on should have immediate effect. Let me know if the problem persists!
Also, I have now added a support mail address.
