This plug-in will add Surf Canyon to your Firefox SearchBar (in the upper right-hand corner of your browser) offering you the ability to quickly and easily launch queries on Surf Canyon.
Additionally, Surf Canyon query "suggestions" will be added to the SearchBar along with the top 3 search results, enabling you to go directly to the websites you need without even having to visit the search page.
Surf Canyon's search engine (http://search.SurfCanyon.com) pulls its results from the major search engines and then empowers them with semantic real-time implicit personalization. In other words, Surf Canyon "works with" you as you conduct your search, re-ranking the results "on the fly" in order to help you find what you need faster and more efficiently.
