I really like this add-on. It is useful for those who have and use as a main account e-mail with Gmail and it is not necessary to leave the page e-mail is always open to see if any new message has arrived. With it's no longer necessary to have to type all the time e-mail address and password to check your inbox and you can configure how often you want the extension check for new mail.
