Yes, the Teams integration is just a nice goodie that we added, but we're aware that it doesn't work well with all meetings. That's why we don't advertize it anywhere. If you find it useful, e.g. for chat, then good. If not, you can just ignore it.

When you manually close the authentication window, does login fail or work? Could you please send us more information, to our customer support email address? Please include the email address that you try to use with Owl, what your the browser address for your company's OWA webmail. In your email, please refer to this review and tell support that I asked you to contact them.

Can you send us details to customer support, please? Like your email address that you try to use with Owl, and the browser address of your company's OWA webmail. Please tell our support that I asked you to send this info, so that they route the information properly.

Beardy Foxy, I'm sorry that our support didn't answer you. We try to help users, on a best-effort basis.

There were problems in recent months, because Microsoft changed the authentication system on their end. Additionally, they did it peace-meal-wise, which meant we had to adapt multiple times.

The latest version of Owl 1.4.4 should work now, which was released 3 weeks ago. It is working for our other users, according to what we know. Are you still seeing issues with that version? If so, please do reach out to support again, and describe *in detail* what you do, what happens, etc., so that we can look at it.

Hi, Microsoft rolled out new servers on Office365, which broke login. The new Owl version 1.4.1.1 fixes it.

Is this immediately after setup? Did you wait until the initial sync is finished? This may take a few hours.
