Nice add-on. But why do you set so much empty space to the right of the icon? It's looking somewhat strange on the panel.

The number of new/unread articles can be displayed next to the icon. Making and removing space based on the number of unread/new articles is a no-no and we want to leave room for at least 1000 articles.
