The plugin does exactly what the description says, and it does it well. The only slight inconvenience is obtaining the API key, but that isn't directly related to the plugin itself.

The interface is straightforward (just one button). Switching between the translated and original versions (and back) happens instantly and doesn't consume the API limit (cached).
