And it really needs *keyboard shortcuts* for the "Move" and "Close" buttons! ALT-M for Move, ALT-C for Close. So easily done, please add this, if not any of the other suggestions!

First time I tried it, it worked as advertised, but it seems geared for moving multiple emails at a time. The dialog remains open after each move. If I just want to quickly move a single email, it is no quicker than just dragging the email as usual.
What spoils it is that after I type CTRL-Q to open the dialog, then type my folder name, I can't just hit ENTER to enact the move and close the dialog. That's a proper "quick move".
Instead, I have to click TAB to put focus on the list, then *use the mouse* (can't even use the keyboard) to click the "Move" button, then *again* to click the "Close" button.
That's not particularly quick. Please let us simply hit ENTER, after typing the folder name, to move the email to the folder that appears at the top of the list, then the dialog closes. Eg. CTRL-Q, <type folder name>, ENTER. All done & dialog closes. That simple change would make this an AWESOME addon.
Or, if you prefer that TAB is used to focus the list before pressing ENTER, then please allow us to use the DOWN ARROW key to do the same as TAB. ie. The first click of DNARROW focuses the list. That means our hands don't have to traverse the keyboard to do stuff. Sounds minor, but makes a heap of difference when working quickly. Just CTRL-Q, <type>, DNARROW, ENTER. Very quick. :)
