Ajoute un bouton du menu compacté à la barre de navigation et masque la barre de menu.

Note du collectionneur This is a great +on and it still works in FF v3.6. This allows for the menubar to disappear and be replaced by an icon of my choosing. I use the FF icon instead of the throbber. This +on conflicts with another +on that I disable. Don't recall the name.
