Well, new version is ready, but stuck in the review queue.
If You want to get it now, You may get the XPI from https://filebin.net/shpxjwfk5mjx63rz and install manually.

This is really awesome addon. Thank you.

I would appreciate that idea of the custom <meta> tag with information about subject plus some another way how to define what files add to enclosure.
