A replacement in the form of a theme is currently available at https://addons.phoenity.nl/themes.html
A better solution may follow later.
This is a (limited) replacement for the Phoenity Shredder theme.
Full themes are no longer supported on Thunderbird 68 and higher.
On Compose and separate Message windows the icon size (small icons) can be set in the "Customize Toolbar" dialogs.
