Overall the theme looks great, that usually doesn't happen with darker themes. Great job.

I am disappointed in the address book display though, especially since one issue was mentioned a year ago and has not been corrected. You can't see ANY information in the Card Summary Pane, if it's there then it is white font on a white background.

Also please update the contact info on your theme page, apparently you no longer own the listed domain so it's not possible to contact you directly.
