Works very well with radicale, and is definitely a step up from the default thunderbird address book.

Super useful, easy setup and can be configured to one's liking.
The only thing that's missing is Cardbook integration, then it will be perfect.
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
