Bengali (Bangladesh) Dictionary

Great stuff!!! However, I think we can safely remove "(Bangladesh)" from the name and just call it "Bangla/Bengali".

I think spelling-wise, the two standard variants of Bangla language are more or less similar. In fact, the common spelling variants such as ভাল versus ভালো are found in both India and Bangladesh. Maintaining one single dictionary is a lot more effective because unlike the two major variants of English (Commonwealth and US), the difference in Bangla has more to do with choice of words than with the spelling of the words chosen.
