As much as I like the add-on, it feels there is no more development happening. A Thunderbird email client version TB 115 is still not detected/shown as such. Are there any plans to keep this add-on updated? Lastt update was in July 2022.

I felt the same way last year. We're now carrying it forward at https://github.com/marcelstoer/display-mail-user-agent-t. A new release will be published here soon.
