Please continue developing this add on, is a livesaver! I hate to print emails, and I so happy to be able to choose WHAT I WANT to print. Great work!

Hello, this add on could be useful - but I can't find the button anywhere, or any way to actually use this extension!
It doesn not appear on customize bar, nor the email menu, no trace.
Or should I "Edit as new..." and re-send? That I can do without any add on.
Any help?
