@freewol - what are you talking about it. It does save automatically every X minutes?!?!

This issue has been the bane of my existence and I was so close to writing an add-on that did exactly this. And what do you know? Other's share my pain and have beaten me to the punch. Awesome. Absolute must have add-ons for FF. That along with web dev toolbar, delicious toolbar and firebug.
