Theme Font & Size Changer for ThunderBird

As a new TB user, I am amazed the fonts are tiny and there is no standard tool for increasing their size. Unfortunately, this app doesn't work in Thunderbird 60.4.0. (No buttons appear.)
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
