When the tab filled the tab bar, the location of the new tab button is not the same in XP and Linux. In XP, the new tab button near the right, in Linux the new tab button near the left.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0.8.1-signed).  This user has other reviews of this add-on.

I have tested on Ubuntu (fresh install without addons, only Noia Fox) and I see the new tab button near the right. Do you have an addon like Tab Mix Plus? I know, that this addon can change the position of the new tab button.
