In a little more detail...
I have various collections. I only add personae if I believe they are of a certain degree of quality. If a piece is too busy or tacky, I don't add it. If there are JPEG artifacts, stretched out pictures, and bad photoshooping, I don't add it. Deal with it.

Sailor Moon Inner Senshi

The color choice for the background washes out the art, which is already rather dark. Perhaps a lighter color would be a better fit. The art is very nice, would like to see a different version, or perhaps a persona for each senshi. Overall, it's still a nice persona with a high quality image.
