Would be nice if it was configurable so that the ham & spam reports didn't clutter up the Sent folder.

Glad to hear it's easy to use. When designing it we felt it best to leave the email in sent items as a record of all emails being sent should be kept. If you want to remove them, I'd suggest searching the add-ons for "Send Filter" and then you can write a send filter to delete any emails with a to address containing ironport.com from your Sent Items.

I use T-Bird as my corporate email client and also manage the company's Ironport devices. This add-on does exactly what it says it does and does it well. I use it daily.
