There is no "Show" menu option in Thunderbird 8.
Instead the instructions should read "View | Message Body As | All Body Parts".
I.e. just like the screen dump says.

I used this to display click-able links for the X-Antispam-Training-Spam X-Antispam-Training-Nonspam headers that got added by our upstream spamfilter (SURFMailfilter), which is based on Can-It Pro.
Too bad that the plugin does not work with Thunderbird 5, therefore I have to give it a poor rating.
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
