Just : super! Do exactly the job, ergonomy is optimal, seems to work perfectly.
An improvement ? Well if the "Resubmission forlder" name could be parameterized (e.g. nocheinmal :)) by the user, could be cool.
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
