Adds the ability to create and edit entries in the password manager.

This add-on allows AltanaESP Pty Ltd users to maintain username/password combination easily, which will allow users to use the Secure Login feature more efficiently.

Quicktext by John Bieling

Quicktext is an extension for Thunderbird that lets you create templates that can be easily inserted into your own emails.

Collector's Note Within the AltanaESP Pty Ltd System, there is a number of standardized phrases, concepts, paragraphs and layouts (i.e. components) that can be selected to customize and individualise emails more efficiently. The Quicktext add-on allow the selection of standardised phrases/layouts frequently used within the AltanaESP Pty Ltd Network and System. AltanaESP Pty Ltd used the features of the Quicktext add-on, in combination with Dropbox, to maintain and update standardised components frequently used within the AltanaESP Network and System. IMPORTANT: This feature only available for registered AltanaESP Pty Ltd Locksmiths and Service Providers. Other Thunderbird user is most welcome to use the Quicktext add-on in a standalone mode.

Addressbooks Synchronizer by Günter Gersdorf

Synchronizes selected addressbooks with other instances of thunderbird
using local files, webdav servers or imap servers

Collector's Note The Addressbooks Synchronizer add-on is a handy feature to keep different address books synchronized on different computers. Within the AltanaESP Pty Ltd context, this feature - again in combination with Dropbox - is used to synchronized various address books throughout the the Network and System for the purposes of delivering effective services to AltanaESP Pty Ltd Network participants. In order to secure and protect participant information and details, these function is only available to registered AltanaESP Pty Ltd Locksmiths and Service Providers, who require access to information for delivering services of high quality and standard. AltanaESP Pty Ltd uses this feature to extend, update or change address books from one central point. AltanaESP Pty Ltd registered Locksmiths and Service Providers having access to this feature, are bound by the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions presently in effect, which is available on the AltanaESP Pty Ltd web site.

Collector's Note The 'Master Password+' extension is essential when one wants to restrict unauthorized access to Thunderbird. This kind of restriction becomes a necessity when Thunderbird's functions are extended to accommodate project management, general administrative tasks and client record keeping. Especially in case of the latter, it is necessary to secure email content from preying eyes. The'Master Password+' extension "locks" Thunderbird when not actively uses after a predetermined time. This sometimes is a schlep when, e.g. compiling documents from email content, because 'Master Password+' locks Thunderbird down and you have to login to continue using Thunderbird. But it is a small price to pay for keeping sensitive email content private.

Collector's Note When using emails as primary platform to collaborate and share information, it becomes necessary to have a well defined email subject line, because it makes reading, displaying and filing emails that much easier. The Subject Manager add-on is a handy tool to assist AltanaESP Pty Ltd Network and System users in writing well defined email subject lines, which can be adapted from generic supplied subject lines via this add-on. IMPORTANT: This feature is mainly focused on AltanaESP Pty Ltd Locksmiths and Service Providers, but also available on request to other Thunderbird users interested in improving their email practices.

SubSwitch by Tomasz Krajewski

Simplify email categorization - it will be easier for you and others to manage mail. Define the set of prefixes for all emails you send or let SubSwitch to autodiscover it. While writing insert prefix to the title - choose one from your set.

Email communications, collaborations and sharing of activities are the core of the AltanaESP Pty Ltd Network and System. Therefore, it is needed to standardised categories, tags and or project classification when mentioned in emails, which will allow Network participants to locate, search or filter emails related to - for example - a specific AltanaESP Pty Ltd project. IMPORTANT: This feature is only available to registered AltanaESP Pty Ltd Locksmiths and Service Providers upon request.

Display Contact Photo by Samuel Mueller

Displays the contact photo/image/picture of the sender/recipient while reading or composing a message. Supports photos in a local folder and the 'Face' header for embedded photos. The add-on adds new generic photos and many styling possibilities.

Collector's Note Collector's Note The 'Display Contact Photo' extension allows the display an image of the sender on the message pain of the email (providing the sender email address is registered on Gravatar). Not an essential operational feature, but supportive to the "human friendly" focus as supported and encouraged by both the AltanaESP Network & System.
