Some mentionned it before, and i totally agree.
SMS functionality is a must... would come in so handy !!

Hello Sicom IT and others,

I am working on multiple reminders support for Lightning/Sunbird in general. I am nearly there, just a few bits missing. Please check out [1] for the bug on multiple alarms, which also implements SMS and EMAIL alarms for Google.

There is already a Lightning xpi for Linux that supports multiple alarms linked there for testing. Please backup your profile before using this version though. I cannot give support since its pre-pre-release.
